Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request a Return Authorization
    Email us at support@eatiyenatural.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This is required to process your return.

  2. Prepare Your Return
    Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
